Mike Laber, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Webtrends, Mike Laber leads the company’s business strategy and worldwide operations.
Mike brings 25 years of experience to Webtrends, most recently working as the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller for Qorvo, a company formed by the merger of RF Micro Devices and TriQuint Semiconductor. Prior to Qorvo, Mike held positions of increasing responsibility in finance and accounting at Harland Financial Solutions and at Arthur Andersen. He holds an accounting degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Jonathan Creasy, Vice President and General Manager, EMEA
Jonathan leads our EMEA Sales and Services organization at Webtrends. He is an experienced finance & commercial director having 25 years of pan-European technology business experience, gained at both quoted and privately held businesses. He was previously Webtrends EMEA Finance Director. Prior to that he held senior positions at SumTotal Systems, Mercator Software and Braid Systems. Jonathan undertook his accountancy training at EDS and Thames Television, and is a Fellow of the English Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Jim Goings, Vice President, Technology & Security Operations
As the Vice President of Technology & Security Operations, Jim leads the SaaS Operations and IT teams at Webtrends. Jim honed his service and leadership skills at the Walt Disney Company where he learned the importance of delivering outstanding service to clients and employees. He is also responsible for the security and privacy programs at Webtrends. Jim has been with Webtrends for 13 years and has over 20 years of experience leading technical teams at software companies.
Jeff Porter, Vice President, Client Services
As the Vice President of Client Services Jeff is responsible for driving customer success throughout the organization. He oversees all aspects of customer engagement and employs a customer-first organizational model that focuses all Webtrends resources on the success of our clients. Jeff is an 11 year Webtrends veteran and has held leadership roles in consulting, support, customer success and sales. Previous to Webtrends Jeff held leadership positions at MTI Interactive Marketing, consumer electronics etailer 800.com and Circuit City Stores.
