1. Materials & Ownership

2. Your Use of the Site
With respect to your use of the Site you may not, and agree not to:
- (a) use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process to access, acquire, copy or monitor the Site or Material;

If you are required to complete a registration process to enter a portion of the Site, you will provide us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password to any account you create and are responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Webtrends immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Webtrends will not be liable for any loss that may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Webtrends or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time.

Webtrends may disclose any information we have about you (including your identity) if we determine that such disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or complaint regarding your use of the Site, or to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Webtrends’ rights or property, or the rights or property of users of the Site, including Webtrends’ customers. You agree that Webtrends is not liable for any material that is provided by any User of a Forum, whether you find it harmful, inaccurate, offensive or otherwise. We have no duty to pre-screen content, but we have the right to refuse to display, delete or edit submitted material. We reserve the right to remove any material for any reason, but we are not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such material.
If you post any materials through a Forum or otherwise through the Site, you acknowledge that such materials become public. Webtrends has no obligation to keep any such materials confidential.
