This dialog box displays information relating to the activation limits of your WRC license.
Current
This refers to your current usage. The Current values for Activations and Number Of Profiles is the number of those items at the present time. The Current values for Page Views Per Profile, Number Of Hits Per Profile, and Number Of Web Servers, are the highest values, out of all of your profiles, for those limits for the month. They are the peak values for those limits and are intended to help you manage your activities within your licensing limits. If the Current value is Not Available, analysis has not happened nothing has been reported for the limit yet.
Limit
Refers to the limits of your license.
WRC licenses typically contain limits to the following features:
Note: Exceeded limits are shown in red and highlighted with and asterisk. If you exceed a limit, you’ll have a grace period where the WebTrends software functions in a limited capacity, giving you a chance to adjust your license. It is recommended to adjust your license as soon as possible.
Click Refresh to update the information on your current usage of your license. If you use the DOS commandline tool to make licensing changes, it will tell you to stop and restart the server to apply those licensing changes. However, you should not do this while analysis is running. The UI will not necessarily see those licensing changes. That is the purpose of the Refresh button. If you were in the licensing UI when the commandline tool was used, then you should use the Refresh button to see the impact of those changes, otherwise, you will notice those changes the next time the UI licensing dialog is invoked.
To access this dialog box, from the Administration menu near the top of the WRC AdminConsole, select Product Licensing & Updates then the Limits tab.
