Recipe for Web 2.0 Success: WebTrends + Kettle Foods
Whether you're using video, mobile media, or RSS, consistent measurement is the key to optimizing your campaigns. Kettle Foods, maker of natural potato chips, tortilla chips, and nut butters, is the number one salty snack brand in natural supermarkets. They're experts at creating natural potato chips, and when they launched a marketing microsite using a Flash-driven interface, they were looking for insight into how well their campaign was performing.
The People's Choice
Now in its third year, the People's Choice campaign, dubbed "Passport to Flavor," lets consumers pick the company's next potato chip flavor by ordering limited edition samples and voting for their favorite at www.passporttoflavor.com.
WebTrends helped optimize results for the annual People's Choice campaign. With insight from WebTrends On Demand, Kettle Foods was able to double critical success metrics, including email registrations and conversion rates.
