Summary: This class helps you gain valuable insight into using WebTrends Analytics. You will get hands-on experience with the tool and with defining key success metrics for your site. You will also discover how to use WebTrends reports to help you make data-driven changes to acquire, engage, convert, and retain users.

Understanding WebTrends ReportsOn-Site  
Audience: Professionals interested in learning how to improve their use of WebTrends reports to drive decisions: business analysts, marketing managers, site designers and end users of WebTrends reports.

Summary: This workshop teaches you to effectively interpret the information in the WebTrends reports you use. We will review your report data with your technical and business users to teach them what the statistics mean and why they are important to you.

Duration: 1 day ONSITE course. This must be sold with another training course or a minimum of one consulting day.

Audience: Administrators of WebTrends and anyone responsible for configuring WebTrends features (data sources, profiles, filters, templates, etc.).

Summary: This class is designed for technical professionals who are responsible for configuring WebTrends features to produce the reports required by business users and other WebTrends end users in the organization.

Duration: 3 days, 9:00am - 4:30pm each day

WebTrends for Technical Professionals: Custom ReportingTraining Center  
On-Site  
Audience: Technical professionals responsible for configuring WebTrends to meet the advanced reporting needs of marketing professionals.

Prerequisite: WebTrends for Technical Professionals: Essentials or equivalent experience. Students must be able to configure profiles, create and manage data sources, use filters and configure advanced features such as content groups and path analysis. Students must have 3-6 months experience working with the WebTrends product.

Summary: In this class, you will learn how to configure and implement custom reporting features to create advanced marketing reports and other custom reports to meet the specific needs of your organization.

Duration: 1 partial day, 9:00am - 3:00pm

WebTrends Certified Analytics Training ProgramTraining Center  
Audience: Administrators of WebTrends and anyone responsible for configuring WebTrends features (data sources, profiles, filters, templates, etc). Technical professionals responsible for configuring WebTrends to meet the advanced reporting needs of marketing professionals.

Summary: The Certified Analytics Training Program is an intensive four-day training session followed by a certification exam on the fifth day. This course addresses the technical fundamentals and custom reporting knowledge required to support WebTrends solutions.

Duration: 5 days, Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 4:30 pm, Friday: 9:00am - 12:00pm
