Prior to joining WebTrends, Tim served as Vice President of Worldwide Interactive Marketing for The Coca-Cola Company, responsible for gaming, mobile, web, CRM initiatives, as well as managing key partnerships. Tim dramatically expanded Coca-Cola's digital marketing efforts, while working with top global leaders in marketing, media, market research and technology to drive marketing innovation, accountability and measurement.

Kopp also led Coca-Cola to participate in some of the first global Web 2.0 marketing initiatives, including a YouTube holiday greeting card campaign and the globally renowned video involving Diet Coke/Mentos. He also worked at Procter & Gamble for nearly eight years, leading P&G's Interactive Marketing Program for the entire Global Beauty Care division-a $17B annual business. Tim has served on the advisory board for AdTech and other industry committees, and is a frequent speaker at key industry conferences and events including AAAA, AdTech, Microsoft's Strategic Account Summit, OMMA and IAB. He holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology.

Paul Woolmington

Founding Partner, Naked Communications
Eager to champion communications strategy, objective and bias-free thinking, and brilliant misfits, Paul joined Naked Communications as a founding partner to bring the Naked brand and philosophy to the Americas. In parallel, he was also appointed a global partner in the holding group, which currently has twelve-plus businesses in eight worldwide locations.

A 25+ year veteran of the marketing, advertising and media industries, prior to Naked Woolmington founded and served as the Media Kitchen's Chairman and CEO (Head Chef), leading its charge for media neutrality, creativity, accountability and innovation.

Championing objective thinking and innovation, Paul has served on a diverse array of creative, media, interactive and integration awards, recently chairing the "Content and Contact" category at the 2006 Clio Awards.

Julian Brewer

Head of Online Marketing and Content, Digital Banking, Barclays
Since 1998, Julian Brewer has managed the senior online marketing and content team at Barclays, one of the largest banks in the United Kingdom. He is responsible not only for UK retail online banking sales, but also for developing group online marketing and brand execution and the group selection and management of online technology partners including portal, CMS, digital media and creative agencies.

The first 10 years of Julian's career was with advertising agencies, where he worked with various clients across Europe, including Intel and Hewlett Packard. He joined Royal and SunAlliance insurance in 1993, where he was responsible for strategy and planning. He lectures for the IDM on the Diploma in Digital Marketing and is a founding member of the IDM/IAB Digital Council in the UK. Tore Steen

Tore Steen, Vice President of Business and Corporate Development, is responsible for overall corporate strategy, key partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. He has over 15 years of experience in technology, company acquisitions/divestitures, and strategic business development. Jim Sterne

Gary Angel

Bringing over twenty years of experience in decision support, CRM, and software development, Gary co-founded SEMphonic and is president and chief technology officer. He's responsible for leading SEMphonic's development of Web analytics and SEM decision making tools for web marketing professionals. In addition, he helps companies like WebMD, Intuit, American Express and Charles Schwab maximize their web channel marketing through intelligent use of Enterprise Web Analytics.

Brad Hoppe

Martin Laetsch

Martin Laetsch is a seasoned search marketing industry expert and thought leader, and adds significant expertise to the SEMDirector team. Derived from his previous work as manager of Worldwide Search at Intel Corporation, Laetsch brings more than ten years experience of developing search programs at global enterprises. Dermot O'Mahony

Dermot O'Mahony has been working in the internet for 7 years, at such companies as ebookers, O2 and T-Mobile, creating industry leading websites. He freelanced as an e-commerce consultant to the online travel industry where his experience in online marketing and customer experience realised an ROI of 300% on average.

His responsibilities have covered all areas of the online business including online Campaign Marketing, SEM, DM, e-Commerce, Online Branding, Customer Experience and Site Production. Massimo Pascotto

Massimo Pascotto has been working in the travel industry for little over 10 years.

Starting off as a travel agent in Italy he joined Scandinavian Airlines' Italian office in Milan in 2000. After spending five years working in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on statistics and analysis of airline industry strategies he moved into e-commerce and internet technology joining the SAS Group head office in Stockholm, Sweden, in 2005.

The last couple of years Massimo has been deeply involved in the restructuring of the airline's e-commerce platform, working towards enabling measuring and respond with appropriate action. He began as project manager for the implementation of a new content management system. He then continued by leading the e-commerce organization into the challenge of web analytics.

By connecting the commercial side with the technical, Massimo has introduced and educated a wide range of stakeholders in web analytics, defining assessments, KPI's, business objectives, establishing actionable reports on a highly complex cross-platform environment, securing ROI measurements and tracking through all parts of the web-based user experience, thus bringing the ability to secure actionable tools for sales, marketing and business analysts.

Brian Rosenblat

Meyar Sheik, CEO of Certona, is a seasoned software industry executive with 22 years of experience. Since 2000, Meyar has been working with some of the largest sites on the Internet in the areas of web analytics, online marketing and e-commerce.

Darrin Wood

Senior Online Product Manager, Microsoft
Darrin Wood is a Senior Online Product Manager at Microsoft Corporation. In this capacity, Wood advises the site managers of key Microsoft corporate properties on their business intelligence implementations. He is responsible for developing business intelligence strategy, covering system implementation and the analysis process.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Wood worked at Omniture as a product marketing manager responsible for a wide range of activities, including analyzing market trends, developing product messaging, creating sales tools, and engaging in key sales opportunities. In this role Wood also specialized in privacy and security issues related to cookies and Web beacons.

Wood has twelve years of experience in the IT industry, and has spent the last six years of his career focusing on the creation, measurement and refinement of online applications. Wood attended Brigham Young University and enjoys traveling, mountain biking, and playing drums in his spare time.

Jason Palmer
