Situation:
Users or site visitors receive a message that an SSL certificate was not issued by a trusted authority.

Solution:
Webtrends periodically updates the SSL certificate which is used by our software products and the On Demand user interface servers and data collection servers. To keep up with the latest SSL certificates, users need to ensure their operating system is kept current with the latest security updates from the vendor of that Operating System. If using Microsoft Windows, please ensure Windows is updated with the latest patches for Root Certificates.
