Web Analytics Services
We have three main kinds of consulting services in analytics: audit/planning, performance analysis, training.
Audit/planning: We help organizations put in place their web measurement activity. We evaluate the existing situation, and report on it. Afterwards, through a one-day workshop and other meetings, we identify strategic scenarios, and the core metrics associated to the success of the strategy. We also work on the organizational aspects of analytics (who measures what for whom). We also make recommendations on what level of product they should implement, depending of types of analysis needed.
Performance analysis: together with the clients, we analyze the historical data in order to figure out the mechanism of their site. Depending of the type of projects, we analyze the traffic data, the transactional data, and the financial data pertaining to Web marketing ROI.
Training: We have recently been asked and started to provide training in French in how to understand a Webtrends report to business users. This is a part of our consultancy that we want to develop here with the French speaking market.
