Reporting to the Vice President, Partnerships, this individual will operate in a fast-paced, exciting environment with a cross-functional team to lead key initiatives that have a significant impact on the overall success of Webtrends—and a big impact on the advertising and marketing industry as a whole. Primary Responsibilities:
The Agency Program Director is responsible for increasing product revenue, supporting and retaining our customers with certified expert support, growing a partner ecosystem that supports our customer’s needs, improving data integration capabilities for our customers, and developing a secondary sales channel for cross sell and up-sell through agencies.

Spanning a wide-range of activities, the Agency Program Director will be tasked with the following:

  • Work closely with Channel Sales team and Partner Program to capture business requirements for agency partners
  • Build training courses and requirements for agency certification
  • Business owner of development and certification of Agency program
  • Liaison for partner team, sales teams and agencies to present program
  • Develop a comprehensive program guide outlining partnership requirements, benefits
  • Develop and support program enablement for agencies
  • Owns senior level agency relationships and works to contribute strategic value beyond day-to-day operations
  • Proactively identify agency risks or opportunities and manage agency teams to effectively respond to client needs
  • Recognized industry thought leader. Extensive network and capable of broadening that network of agencies and contacts
  • Provide thought leadership to help guide agencies in the digital space
  • Acquire and develop long-term relationships with key strategic agencies at the executive level

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of related industry experience, preferably consulting, interactive, agency or direct marketing experience
  • College degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of demonstrated track record of developing senior level client relationships - strong client references are necessary
  • Proven experience in managing teams and in working cross functionally across an organization
  • Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and advertising, with particular emphasis on interactive media, direct marketing, strategy, analytics, technology, and new emerging trends

Working Conditions:
The position is located in downtown Portland. Travel is required and will vary with projects but should not exceed 30%. Incumbent must pass background check.
